Index

B300 on the gpu-memory.com volatility index

The data, the formula, and the source set. Numbers are computed from the methodology; editorial context is editorial context, not a measured number.

Price unavailable

No live price is published for B300 right now: no live price source is connected yet. This page carries no figure rather than an estimated one.

Planned capability

90-day volatility index

Unavailable. The index requires a 90-day window of real observations for this SKU, and none are being recorded while the feed does not carry it.

Planned capability

Sources

Observed directly from the compliance-approved provider sources listed in docs/memorysites/price-tracker/data-source-compliance/.

Methodology

Index = stddev(log_returns) * sqrt(365) over the trailing 90 days of daily median prices. Per-GPU price = instance price / GPU count; the published median is on-demand, and the median is used rather than the mean because the tails are real but not transactable. Full derivation in docs/memorysites/price-tracker/gpu-volatility-methodology.md.

What this index is not

Not a forecast. Not financial advice. The index is computed from prices; it is not itself a price. gpu-memory.com is not a registered investment advisor. Reserved and contract pricing is a separate, lower-volatility market and is not in the index.

Planned capability

Pipeline contract

Prices are recorded by the Rust price-tracker at price-tracker/ from the approved provider sources and baked into this page at build time: no runtime fetch, no client-side data load. Every published figure is read from a recorded observation; the pipeline has no path that invents one.
